Founded in 2017, and headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, Quality Restaurant Group (“QRG”) operates quick service and fast casual restaurants in the U.S. QRG began with an initial acquisition of 46 Pizza Hut restaurants, and through serial acquisitions, has since grown into a 350+ location franchised restaurant business across the Pizza Hut, Arby’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Sonic Drive-In brands. Quality Restaurant Group operates four subsidiaries: Quality Huts, Quality Meats, Quality Fresca, and Quality Drive-In.
Quality Huts is a leading Pizza Hut franchisee, predominately located in the Midwest. Quality Huts operates ~200 restaurants across Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Pizza Hut is the most iconic brand in the U.S. pizza category, offering the broadest menu of pizzas and wings available nationally.
Quality Meats is an Arby’s franchisee and operates ~30 restaurants across Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, Colorado, and Montana. Arby’s is known for offering on of the most innovative and diverse menus in the quick-service restaurant industry, with more than 30 unique sandwiches and eight different types of protein.
Quality Fresca is the largest Moe’s Southwest Grill operator. Quality Fresca operates ~70 locations across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. Moe’s Southwest Grill is known as a fast-casual burrito-based restaurant that serves a wide variety of fresh, made to order southwestern fare.
Quality Drive-In is a leading Sonic Drive-In franchisee in the Southeast U.S., and the largest franchisee in Florida. Quality Drive-In operates ~80 restaurants across Florida and Alabama. Sonic is the largest drive-in chain in the United States, well-known for its unique drive-in format, carhop service model, and broad menu of food and beverages.
